Double Angle
Cutter/Puller System
The Double Angle Cutter/Puller Systems are made for cutting extruded products requiring angular cuts. Systems can be configured to cut opposing angles, the same angle on both ends or different angles on each end of a product. They are designed to perform double angle cuts on tubing or profiles for products such as medical tubing, hose, window seals and gaskets.
Three modes of operation are available: double angle cutting, single angle using one cutter only, or single angle using the second cutter only. The double angle mode offers a continuous cutting speed up to 400 cuts per minute, while the single angle mode is up to 300 cuts per minute. Maximum material capacity is 1” when cutting 45˚ or 90˚ angles and a maximum width or diameter capacity of .350” when cutting angles of 30˚ or 60˚.
